This equipment hire order, together with our Equipment Hire Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which Dempa agrees to provide, and under which the customer agrees to accept, the hire and use of the equipment as described in this order. Each of Dempa and the customer shall represent a party and together the Parties for the purposes of the agreement. 

Each order will come into effect when it has been agreed in writing and signed by each party and is offered with a 3-month, money-back guarantee, where if dissatisfied with the performance of the system for whatever reason during that period the customer may request the Equipment be removed and will receive a no quibble refund of all sums paid.
